We use third-party payment processors when, for example, you register for a training course or purchase any other product or service provided on the Sites. We currently do not honor browser based Do Not Track signals.



Protecting the privacy of the incredibly young is especially important. 305 Permits does not collect or maintain information on the Site from persons We know to be under age 13, and no part of our Sites are designed to attract anyone under age 13. Please do not communicate with or contact Us if you are under age 13.
